You have to keep yourself hydrated especially if are doing a rigorous activity or if you happen to be in a place that is hot. Dehydration causes lethargy.

Lastly, never forget how important eating is to having a fit body. Food is a basic need because this is where you get your energy from. Aside from eating, see to it that what you are eating is nutritious. Stay away from fatty or salty food because it can affect your body's performance.
