It is still fine for people to have alcohol. However, just make sure that the person does not drink alcohol on a regular basis anymore. If possible, make sure to limit the alcohol intake to only a drink or two during the weekends. Limiting the alcohol intake of the person should help improve the results of the diet.

There are those people who always crave for desserts right after their dinner. When the person is facing such problems, the person can take the alternative of hot tea, decaf latte, and such. This should be a good alternative that should satisfy the person the dessert cravings one is feeling. This should keep the person's hands out of the cookie jar.
