What Are Green Tea Tablet Benefits?

Lots of people thoughtlessly think if a food item has tea that it is healthy. This is typically not true. The industry is gaining from the healthy image that tea possesses. A lot of food items with green tea are displayed on the shelf of food markets. Yet these food items also have additives. To successfully take advantage of the benefits of tea, one needs to take it at its most basic form. The traditional way is to consume it as a fluid by brewing it. These days a lot of people are consuming it as a capsule and there are a few advantages to this method.

Most notable substance in green tea is EGCG. Pretty much all the benefits like heart disease prevention, cancer prevention, and weight loss are possible due to EGCG. A single cup produces about 50 mg of EGCG. Most laboratory tests suggest 300 mg every day in order to gain significant health benefits. That is around 6 cups a day. That is a good number of cups to brew. Not a lot of people living in today's community have the time to do that.

Regular tea consumption is a way of living in the Far East and the bitterness is not a problem. However, for some people in the Western culture it is usually unpleasant. Which is just why a large number of food items contain additives, but that beats the aim of consuming it for benefits. A number of tea authorities say top quality tea produces more bitter taste.

Tea provides caffeine. Caffeine can be helpful to the body. A gentle level should increase energy and also help to lower extra weight. On the other hand, too much of it could be the root cause of unwanted effects such as jittery and sleep problems. Tea comes with much less amount of caffeine content than coffee. A cup full of tea offers approximately 20 mg. That is not many compare to coffee's 100 mg in a single cup. Yet Six cups will add up the overall level of caffeine intake. When coffee is part of regular diet, it will increase the daily overall caffeine content.

Using green tea extract pills is a great alternative to drinking tea. Supplements are less difficult to consume than preparing a green tea. Fixing large amount of tea will require effort and time. Many tea supplements provide around 300 mg of EGCG in one serving. Capsules with no caffeine can be purchased at the market. Some capsules come with added vitamins to help better absorption. Since it is in a capsule form, bitterness is not a concern.
